The Lie We Were Sold About “High Vibration”
Somewhere along the way, spirituality got loud.
High vibration became synonymous with:
- excitement
- productivity
- constant positivity
- motivation
- endless momentum
And if you weren’t feeling those things, you started to wonder if something was wrong with you.
But here’s the truth, one that took me years of surviving, healing, and re-learning my own body to understand:
Calm is a higher frequency than excitement.
And most people don’t realize that until their nervous system is exhausted.
Excitement Is Adrenaline, Not Alignment
Excitement is chemistry.
It’s adrenaline. Dopamine. Cortisol.
It’s fast.
It’s loud.
It feels good, temporarily.
But excitement burns energy.
