People only hear what they want to hear.
You can say all the right things.
You can explain your heart out.
You can speak with clarity, vision, truth but if someone’s mind is closed or their judgment is louder than their listening, it won’t matter.
So instead of exhausting myself trying to prove, justify, or convince, I stopped.
I chose peace over persuasion.
Because people will only meet you at the level of their own frequency. And your job is not to lower yours to fit into their box.
You don’t owe anyone an explanation for your purpose.
I used to explain my vision to cousins, siblings, my ex even my own son.
They doubted. They shrugged. Some even laughed.
They didn’t see it. But I did.
Now?
Those same people hit me up like:
“Michelle, you’re inspiring so many. Can we catch up?”

I smile. I bless them. But I don’t explain.
Why? Because I’m aligned now.
I know who I am. I know what I’m building.
I’ve got results. I’ve got alignment. I’ve got joy.
That speaks for itself.
