How to stay steady when everything feels like it’s shifting again

Hello to all my Medium followers and friends. These last two weeks have been… a lot. My ex is already dating someone else, which honestly says plenty on its own, but with everything I’ve studied and learned spiritually, I can’t even be mad. Apparently, we attract what we’re vibrating at, and Devon and I were just mirroring each other the whole time. It sounds horrible, but it was a wake-up call for me. A reminder that it’s time for a tune-up, not self-blame.
And can I just say how relieved I am that the moving process is finally over? I’m settled in, now it’s just the unpacking part, which feels like a whole different adventure. But still… thank God that chapter is done.
